Handcrafted in Ventura. Designed to be shared.
About Yellow Cottage
Yellow Cottage was born in Ventura, California, inside a little yellow home filled with warmth, creativity, and community. What began as a passion for craftsmanship grew into a collection of custom cutting boards that carry both function and story.
Each piece is carefully made from wood sourced with intention — reclaimed from history, grounded in nature, and chosen for its timeless beauty. No two boards are alike; every grain pattern, curve, and finish reflects a narrative of where it came from and where it’s going.
Inspired by art, storytelling, and the spirit of shared meals, Yellow Cottage boards are more than kitchen tools. They’re heirloom-quality pieces designed to be gathered around, passed down, and celebrated daily.
At Yellow Cottage, we believe your kitchen deserves objects that feel personal, rooted, and alive with character — just like the community that inspired them.

Wood with a story.
Boards with a soul.

At Yellow Cottage, each cutting board is more than just a kitchen tool — it’s a story told through wood. Every species carries its own character, from the grain in its surface to the way it ages over time.
Together, these woods embody history, craft, and community. Chosen with care, they create cutting boards that are as functional as they are beautiful — meant to be gathered around, celebrated, and cherished for years to come.
